Business Hours
Fusix technicians are dispatched from our offices Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Typical response time is under two hours.

After Hours
Fusix technicians are available for scheduled work outside normal business hours as arranged in advance with clients.

Emergency Response
Fusix offers an Emergency Reponse service for its IT Services & Onsite Support clients. Existing clients are provided with access to our Emergency Response Paging service upon request.
