Fusix is pleased to announce the release of TalkSwitch's Software-Based Attendant Console.
The Attendant Console allows users to monitor and manage calls directly from their PCs, without requiring any additional hardware. The application provides total call control, along with a view of the call queue and the status of lines and extensions.
Users can hold, drag-and-drop transfer, park or page at the click of a mouse button. Caller ID name and number, call duration and status is clearly displayed, as is information about which extensions or are in use and which are available. The application even allows users to instant message any other employee running the software.
